Terms and Conditions Kaotogel – Complete Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and kaotogel ("Platform", "we", or "Company") regarding your use of the online betting platform accessible via kaotogel.pro and our official mobile app.

By accessing, registering, logging in, or using any part of the Kaotogel platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

2.1 Age Requirements

The kaotogel platform is for individuals aged 18 years and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age required by the laws of your place of residence. Kaotogel reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close the account of any individual found not to meet this age requirement.

2.2 Accurate Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• An active mobile number registered in your name
• A valid and accessible email address

Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in account termination and freezing of the existing balance.

2.3 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to own and operate one (1) active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts under the same or different identities is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts involved and forfeiture of all balances and wins.

3.1 Password Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. Kaotogel will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any messaging platform. Anyone claiming to represent kaotogel and requesting your password is engaging in fraud – please report it to our support team immediately.

3.2 Permitted Account Activity

Your Kaotogel account is for personal use only. You are prohibited from:

• Transferring, selling, or granting access to your account to any other party
• Using your account on behalf of or for the benefit of another individual
• Using your account for any activity that violates Malaysian law
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Kaotogel implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as a security and compliance measure. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any time, particularly before your first withdrawal or when certain account thresholds are reached. Documents typically required include a copy of your MyKad or passport, and sometimes proof of current address.

4.1 Deposit Policy

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

8.2 Suspension and Termination by Kaotogel

Kaotogel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Holding multiple accounts

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a temporary or permanent break can activate the self-exclusion feature through the Responsible Gaming in their account. A self-exclusion period once set cannot be cancelled before it expires.

In all circumstances, Kaotogel's maximum total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
